Event name, occasion, play mode, desired activities: a first programme is created.

Set up the screens

Frequently asked questions
Preparing
Can I test my event without an audience?
Yes. While the event is closed, you can play the whole programme from the control room and the big screen, as many times as you like.
Can I reuse my activities from one event to another?
Yes: save them in the library. You can also duplicate a complete event, programme and files included.
How does AI writing work?
You give a theme and a number of questions; AI writes questions and answers. Always review them: it can make mistakes.
Which media can I use?
Images, videos and sounds uploaded from your computer, or YouTube, Vimeo and online file links.
On the day
What happens if the connection drops?
The game state is kept on the server. As soon as the network returns, the phone or screen resumes exactly where it was.
How does the big screen join the event?
Open the big-screen link in full screen, or open w.wallizz.eu on a keyboard-less box and enter the code shown in the Screens tab.
Where does the sound come from?
In the control room you tick the devices that play the sound (one or more screens, or your computer). Participants' phones only make small sounds and vibrations.
Can I host without a computer?
Yes, with the remote on your phone: it offers the same commands as the Run tab.
Participants
Do participants need an account to play?
No. The participant picks a name, gets an avatar and plays. For a private event, you can require a personal code.
How many participants can play?
It depends on your plan: from 20 on Discovery to 1,000 on Pro, more on quote.
Can a participant change teams?
The host can always move a participant; they take their points to their new team.
Account and billing
How do I change plans?
From your account, at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions have no commitment: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Where can I find my invoices?
In the Invoices tab of your account.
Data and security
Which participant data is kept?
The chosen name, answers, scores and content sent (photos, messages). They are deleted with the event.
Are my participants exposed to unwanted content?
Selfies, photos and messages can be moderated before display, manually or by optional automatic moderation.
Does Wallizz use AI on participants' content?
Only if you enable automatic moderation. It is off by default, and participants are informed on their phone.
