How it works
Wallizz is built on three ideas: a library of activities, a programme for each event, and a control room to run it live.
1. The library
Your reusable activities: quiz, buzzer, music quiz, prize draw, selfies, poll… You create and set them up once, then reuse them in all your events.
2. The programme
Each event has its programme: the ordered sequence of the evening's activities. Add activities from the library or created for this event only, and reorder them by drag and drop.
3. Run
On the day, you drive the programme: the big screen shows the current activity and participants play on their phones. As long as the event is closed, you can try everything without an audience.
An assistant that saves you time
Answer a few questions and the assistant creates the event with a programme suited to the occasion: corporate party, team building, wedding, conference… Everything remains editable afterwards.

From creation to the big day
- D-15
Create the event
The assistant asks for the occasion, how participants play (individually, in teams, by organisation) and the activities you like. It prepares the programme; AI can write the quiz on the theme of your choice.
- D-7
Make it yours
Logo, main and accent colours, background image or video, font, welcome screen. Add your questions, photos and music quiz tracks.
- D-1
Rehearse
Open the big screen on the venue computer, the remote on your phone, and play the whole programme without an audience. Nothing counts while the event is closed.
- D-day
Open the doors
The QR code appears on the welcome screen and arrivals show up live. You launch each activity at the right moment; Wallizz handles scores and rankings.

Keep the memories
Guestbook as a PDF, photos of the evening, list of the music played for your rights declaration: everything stays available in your space.
What you need
A screen
A computer connected to a projector or TV, opened full screen on the big-screen link. Or a keyboard-less box (Fire TV Stick, mini PC) paired with a simple code.
Participants' phones
Any recent smartphone with a browser. No app, no account: a QR code or a code to enter on wallizz.eu.
Your control room
The “Run” tab on your computer, or the remote on your phone to host while moving around the room.
An internet connection
The venue's Wi-Fi or participants' 4G/5G. If a phone loses the network, it resumes exactly where it was.
Your next event deserves more than a microphone
Create your account, let the assistant prepare a first programme, and try everything without an audience before the big day.
