Everything you need to host, nothing superfluous
Wallizz is designed for organisers who host themselves as well as professional entertainers: every feature serves a specific moment of the evening.
Screens and devices
A big screen, phones and a control room, synchronised in real time.
Big screen
A link to open full screen on the computer connected to the projector or TV. Text readable from the back of the room, smooth animations.
Participants' phones
No app: a QR code or a code to enter. The phone adapts to each activity and vibrates at the right moments.
Remote control
All the control-room commands on your phone, to host while moving around the room.
Pairing by code
A keyboard-less box (Fire TV Stick, mini PC) shows a code: enter it and it opens on your event, and remembers it after a restart.
Several screens
Several big screens, in the same room or in different rooms, each with its own sound system if needed.
Built for real venues
The game state lives on the server: a phone or screen that loses the network resumes exactly where it was.
The game
What turns a series of activities into a real evening.
Teams
Number of teams or fixed size, automatic or chosen assignment, colours, team score, one answer per team in the quiz.
Scores and podium
Individual and team rankings live, animated podium, manual score correction if needed.
Avatars
Each participant gets a unique robot avatar, or their selfie if you allow it.
Sound and music
Waiting music, suspense, right and wrong answers, draw, score. You choose which devices play the sound and set the volume.
Phone light shows
Synchronised flash, wave, colour per team: the room becomes a light show.
Waiting screens
Each activity arrives on a “Get ready” screen: you launch when the room is ready.
Preparation
To be ready quickly, and calmly.
Library
Your activities reusable from one event to the next, customisable for an event without touching the original.
Programme
The evening's sequence of activities, reordered by drag and drop.
Creation assistant
A few questions about the occasion and the participants, and a first programme is ready.
AI writing
Quiz questions and poll options written from a theme. You always review before publishing.
Rehearsal
As long as the event is closed, everything plays without an audience. For the prize draw, a demo plays the animation with 30, 80 or 500 fictitious participants.
Duplication
Duplicate an event with its programme and files for the next edition.
Your identity
Your event, not ours.
Logo, colours and backgrounds
Logo, main and accent colours, background image or video, font: applied to the big screen, the phones and the remote.
Multilingual
French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic. Each participant sees the event in their language; your texts are translated automatically.
Welcome screen
QR code, access code and participants arriving live. A welcome PDF is ready to print.
Invitation-only access
For a private event, each guest enters a personal code in addition to the event code.
Control and follow-up
During and after the event.
Moderation
Selfies, photos and guestbook published after your approval, or sorted by optional automatic moderation.
Delegated managers
Entrust an event to a colleague or a supplier without giving them access to the rest of the account.
Exports
Guestbook as PDF or text, photos of the evening, list of participants and their scores.
Music report
The list of tracks actually played in the music quiz, with listening time, as a PDF for your rights declaration.
Selfie printing
The participant asks for their selfie to be printed; you start the print from the photos window.
Respect for participants
No account needed to play, no advertising. Options that send content to an AI service are off by default and disclosed to participants.
Your next event deserves more than a microphone
Create your account, let the assistant prepare a first programme, and try everything without an audience before the big day.
