# Privacy policy

## This website

The wallizz.com website sets no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own servers: your browsing is not shared with any third party.
Your language choice is simply kept in the page address.

## The contact form

The information entered (name, email, company, phone, message, event details) is used only to answer your request and for sales follow-up. It is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
It is never sold, rented or transferred.

## The Wallizz service

Organisers: account data (name, email, company) is used to provide and bill the service.
Participants: the chosen name, answers, scores and content sent (photos, messages) are used to run the event. They are deleted with the event by the organiser.
Automatic moderation: if the organiser enables it, the photos or messages concerned are analysed by an AI service (Gemini, Google). This option is off by default and disclosed to participants.

## Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@wallizz.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr) or your local authority.
